Tickets on sale for Meals on Heels 2024
Meals on Heels, is back again on August 1! We hope you’ll join us for a fun evening of food, beverages, and entertainment to support people in need of Meals on Wheels in the Twin Cities.

What comes with my ticket?
With your ticket, you get to sample as much food as you want from a bunch of great Twin Cities restaurants, plus two drinks of your choice. You also get access to games and raffles with many great prizes up for grabs. And, you can enter the Swank Soles Competition.
What is the Swank Soles Competition?
The namesake event for Meals on Heels, the Swank Soles Competition crowns the most fashion-forward and imaginative footwear in two divisions: Individual and Group. Winners in each category will receive $250 in Schuler Shoes gift cards! This is a friendly competition, and attendees are not required to participate.

Tell me more about the food.
From the savory to the sweet, there will be much to explore. Meat eaters will enjoy delicious options from Beast Barbecue, Brasa and the Fabled Rooster. Tour global cuisine with Gardens of Salonica Greek Cafe & Deli, The Hyderabad Indian Grill and Oasis Mediterranean Grill. For dessert, sample the inventive and delicious flavors from Sweet Science Ice Cream and all kinds of great cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes.

How about drinks?
General admission tickets include two drink tickets for beer, wine, cocktails, and several non-alcoholic beverage choices. Additional drinks can be purchased at the cash bar.
What kind of games are there? And is there a raffle? How about an auction?
There are plenty of opportunities to win exciting prizes throughout the evening. We’ll have a raffle, live auction, and Spin the Bottle, where each spin guarantees you go home with a prize! Prizes include gift cards and swag from local restaurants and breweries, movie passes, St. Paul Saints tickets, Valleyfair tickets, admission to local museums, and even State Fair tickets. The auction will include a number of vacations, among other big-ticket items.
Can I get a table for me and my friends?
Yes! You can buy a table that’s reserved just for your group and comes with 10 tickets for $1,000. We also offer a discounted friend pack for groups of four or more. What better way to have a fun night out with friends and support a great cause?
Who’s hosting?
Morgan Wolfe is back as our event our host this year! Morgan is an anchor and reporter for KARE 11, and had this to say about her decision to host:
“I’ve grown up knowing about the wonderful work Meals on Wheels does for our community. Through my career, I’ve seen how they change lives firsthand for those who need help.”
Miss Shannan also returns as our auction host and Swank Soles judge! A virtuosic comedian, speaker and radio personality, we’re excited to have her back on the stage again this year.
How do I get tickets?
Get them online until the day before the event! Tickets will also be available at the door.

We recommend public transit, taxi, and ride-share apps for maximum and safe enjoyment of all the event has to offer. If you plan on driving, there is small lot next to The Whim and there should be plenty of neighborhood street parking.
