Board Treasurer

Bloomington and Eden Prairie Meals on Wheels is a member organization of Metro Meals on Wheels and maintains their own Board of Directors. They are looking for a treasurer for their board.

Primary Duties:

• Attend quarterly Board of Directors meetings and other meetings as needed
• Review monthly financial statements
• Manage non-profit bank accounts
• Assist the Financial Director in preparing annual budget
• Review and sign annual government reporting documents
• Serve on the human resources committee for the Board of Directors

Experience:

•  Must believe in the mission of Bloomington Eden Prairie Meals on Wheels
•  Understand financial statements, budgeting and general financial management.
