Baked Rotini Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Whole wheat rotini
  • 1/2 Red onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 6 oz can of tomato paste
  • 29 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees F
  • Boil water and cook the rotini
  • Saute onion and garlic in oil
  • Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes and Italian seasonings
  • Reduce by 1/3rd and add in the cooked rotini
  • Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish and top with mozzarella
  • Bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted
