Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees F
Boil water and cook the rotini
Saute onion and garlic in oil
Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes and Italian seasonings
Reduce by 1/3rd and add in the cooked rotini
Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish and top with mozzarella
Bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted
