  • 1 lb pork loin
  • 1/2 lb spaghetti noodles
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 yellow onion

Peanut Sauce

  • 1/2 khob sesame oil
  • 1/4 khob sun butter
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 khob tamari
  • 1/4 khob rice wine vinegar

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper on the pork loin
  • Roast the pork loin for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reads 145 degrees F. Slice the pork.
  • Cook the spaghetti until tender
  • Cut and saut√© vegetables until tender
  • Combine all of the peanut sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix well
  • Add the sauce to the noodles and top with the sliced pork loin
