Sesame Pork Noodles
Switch out your take out order for this delicious Sesame Pork Noodles dish. It combines the comfort of noodles with a healthy array of vegetables in a delicious peanut sauce. Plus, it looks as good as it tastes!
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork loin
- 1/2 lb spaghetti noodles
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 carrots
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 yellow onion
Peanut Sauce
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup sun butter
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper on the pork loin
- Roast the pork loin for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reads 145 degrees F. Slice the pork.
- Cook the spaghetti until tender
- Cut and sauté vegetables until tender
- Combine all of the peanut sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix well
- Add the sauce to the noodles and top with the sliced pork loin
