Sesame Pork Noodles Recipe
Switch your usual take out for this delicious Sesame Pork Noodles dish. It combines the comfort of noodles with a healthy array of vegetables in a delicious peanut sauce. Plus, it looks as good as it tastes!
Ingredients - Serves 4
- 1 lb of pork loin
- 1/2 lb of spaghetti noodles
- 2 red bell peppers, julienned
- 2 green bell peppers, julienned
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
Peanut Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of sesame oil
- 1/4 cup of sun butter
- 1.5 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 cup of tamari
- 1/4 cup of rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon of chopped ginger
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Drizzle olive oil and salt and pepper on the pork loin
- Roast the pork loin for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reads 145 degrees F. Slice the pork.
- Cook the spaghetti until tender
- Cut and sauté vegetables until tender
- Combine all of the peanut sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix well
- Add the sauce to the noodles and top with the sliced pork loin
