Sesame Pork Noodles Recipe

Switch your usual take out for this delicious Sesame Pork Noodles dish. It combines the comfort of noodles with a healthy array of vegetables in a delicious peanut sauce. Plus, it looks as good as it tastes!

Ingredients - Serves 4

  • 1 lb of pork loin
  • 1/2 lb of spaghetti noodles
  • 2 red bell peppers, julienned
  • 2 green bell peppers, julienned
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped

Peanut Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup of sun butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/4 cup of  tamari
  • 1/4 cup of rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon of chopped ginger


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Drizzle olive oil and salt and pepper on the pork loin
  3. Roast the pork loin for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reads 145 degrees F. Slice the pork.
  4. Cook the spaghetti until tender
  5. Cut and sauté vegetables until tender
  6. Combine all of the peanut sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix well
  7. Add the sauce to the noodles and top with the sliced pork loin
