Salisbury Steak
Ingredients
- 4 beef patties
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1.5 cups beef stock
- 1.5 tbsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the beef patty instructions and cook fully
- Boil water and cook the egg noodles
- Cut and saute the mushrooms
- Add beef jus, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a boil
- Combine sunflower oil and flour to make roux and thicken gravy
- Top the beef patties with the noodles and gravy
