French Meadow Bakery

For the third year in a row French Meadow Bakery & Cafe will be bringing their organic Farm-to-Table methods to Meals on Heels! For over 30 years French Meadow has been providing the Twin Cities with delicious local food. They have relationships with over a dozen local farms which provide them with organically grown vegetables, herbs, meats, flours, eggs, and dairy products. The mouth-watering picture below is what they whipped up for Meals on Heels last year: Stonebridge Farm braised beef with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and horseradish crema. We are very much anticipating what delicious and unique food they will bring to Meals on Heels this year!

JustUs

For the first time ever Just/Us Restaurant will be bringing their unique restaurant model to Meals on Heels and we couldn’t be more pleased to have them be joining us! If you haven’t heard about Just/Us and how they are reinventing the restaurant game, then listen up. Just/Us is more than your typical restaurant. It is a collaborative effort by chefs who want to reinvigorate the restaurant industry and shift the fine-dining culture. Their menu is constantly changing depending on availability of ingredients and the aspirations of the chefs, as well as the fact that they are frequently inviting local chefs to share their space with them. Each time you decide to dine at Just/Us you are sure to have a brand new experience. For the month of July their menu is inspired by street food from around the world. Is it Just Us, or are you also excited to find out what one-of-a-kind dish they will decide to serve at Meals on Heels?
